"They cleaned the ducts, ac units, washed the vent covers, and sprayed a sanitizer in the ducts.
When Curtis and his assistant arrived, they introduced themselves and began setting up. Before they began work on our 2 heat pump systems, I told Curtis that in addition to all the duct cleaning, I had a bonus challenge... keep an eye out for the wedding band that my daughter accidentally dropped in the kitchen 8 YEARS ago. Not a fancy ring, but great sentimental value. About an hour later, Curtis found me and said that he had found my ring!! I was sooo happy! They did a great job. They cleaned the ducts, ac units, washed the vent covers, and sprayed a sanitizer in the ducts. The house smells fresh and I have my ring back! Thanks, guys!"

"We had our vents, ducts and unit cleaned and sanitized. Curtis came and reviewed the job and got to work. He was very detailed and kept his work space neat and clean. He used care to not let our pets out of the house. He had to crawl under the house for some of the work. He showed us a before and after with the camera and WOW!!! What a huge difference. It took a few hours to have the work completed. Curtis was very knowledgeable and pointed out a few things that need some work and let us know what we were doing right with the air filters. Wonderful experience.ork was great. Curtis took care of the cleaning and did not leave a mess. He was professional and took care in the work being completed."

"Curtis was very professional and explained the entire process. He even provided a recommendation to further improve our HVAC efficiency by upgrading our broken attic fan to a thermally regulated attic fan. Curtis spent 7 hours at our home performing the service, and when he left, you could tell a difference as the house smelled very clean. Curtis also ensured that all work areas were cleaned as well."

"I have 3 dogs, allergies, contact lenses, and I'm a germaphobe! I called the company and spoke with Bobby. I asked why he was more expensive than some of his competition. He gave me a quick explanation of the heavy duty equipment he used. I set an appointment for 2 days later. He wasn't joking about the equipment. The machine blew a huge cloud of dust out of my house, VERY EXCITING! (and gross) The guys were professional and cleaned up when they were finished. I am very satisfied and will call this company again."

"Clean all my air ducts in my one story home....Mark laid down drop cloths to protect my new hardwood floors before bringing in this huge hose he said that he had to hook it to the furnace
I called Dust Mite Magic from Kudzu and the gentleman on the phone was very nice and knowledgeable about duct cleaning. The price was fair and Mark did a great job..."

  • Rid Your Home of Bed Bugs, Fleas, Lice, and Dust Mites

The first thought on any of these is EEEEWWW, right? If you said yes, we agree with you 100%! As much as we would all love to believe that we do not have any contact with any of these critters, it is not true by any means, but let us take a moment to understand them a bit more.

Bed bugs are tiny little bugs that typically enjoying nesting in your bed. In 1940, the world had thought they had overcome and rid themselves of bed bugs and they were right. We did not begin to see infestations again until 1995. They can come into your home through pets, second-hand furniture, visitor’s luggage and bodies, wild animals and nearby properties that are infected with them. As tiny as these little critters are, they love to feed on blood which is why they nest in your bed and munch at night.

Fleas are not fun either. They prefer nesting on animals so they have shelter, but flea eggs have the ability to lay dormant on carpets, bedding, or furniture until they find heat sources such as people or animals. Completely developed fleas can live for months without eating blood as long as they remain in their puparia.

There are over 3,000 species of lice, but the main ones we are concerned with are the ones that attach themselves to human hair and body. They prefer to feed on both blood and dead skin and they prefer to be attached directly to us. However, it has been known that lice can survive for a short period of time off of their host. This is why they are so hard to get rid of.

Dust mites are a little friendlier and less dangerous. They are very small and hide everywhere duct work, carpets, beds, and furniture are just a few places. The good news is they really don’t like our blood, they prefer to diet on flakes of dead skin. Many of us do not receive rashes or red spots on our skin, but they are a major cause of allergies and asthma attacks.

All of these tiny bugs pose two problems to. The first is anything that munches on blood has the capability of passing along bacteria and diseases to us and to our pets. Dust mites do not eat blood, but they are a proven source of allergies and asthma attacks. The second is they are hard to get rid of. They all adapt or have the ability to survive in conditions not perfect to them. This is important when you are facing an infestation.

Here at Dust Mite Magic, we have EPA approved solutions designed to kill the bugs, eggs, and puparia that have infested your home. It is a water-based and odorless. Afterwards, we are able to use high powered vacuum system that pulls all the leftover debris from your home into a tank in our trucks. So don’t take the chances of a re-infestation let us help you do it right the first time.
